We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, we are here to help.
Timeframe for Returns
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Reasons for Returns
We will cover the costs of a return or exchange for any of the following reasons:
- Misprinted items: If the design on your product is incorrect or flawed.
- Damaged items: If your product arrives with any physical damage.
- Defective items: If your product has a manufacturing defect.
How to Initiate a Return
If you experience any of the above issues with your order, please contact us immediately. We will submit a problem report with Printful (the fulfillment company) on your behalf. Next, we will contact you regarding a possible refund or exchange as soon as possible.
Important Information
Because our products are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, or for ordering the wrong size. We encourage you to carefully review the size charts available on each product page before placing your order.
